Audits That Run Smoothly and Finish on Time

Many UAE companies need audited financial statements: free zone authorities often require them for licence renewal, Qualifying Free Zone Persons and businesses with revenue above AED 50 million need them for Corporate Tax, and banks and shareholders often ask for them.

Most of the time and cost of an audit goes on chasing records. We prepare your books, statements and supporting schedules, and coordinate the audit with a Ministry of Economy-registered auditor, so the audit is quicker, cheaper and finished before your renewal or filing deadline.

I came to TMFS with a business idea and very little idea of how UAE setup worked. They recommended the right free zone for my activity, handled the licence paperwork, and had my company registered within a week. What impressed me most was the banking. They prepared my bank application alongside the licence, so my business account was opened soon after instead of dragging on for months. One team, one point of contact, and no surprises on cost.

Keeping up with VAT and the new Corporate Tax rules was taking time away from running the business. TMFS took over our bookkeeping, registered us for Corporate Tax and now files our VAT returns every quarter, always ahead of the deadline. Their team explains what is due and why in plain language, and our accounts are finally clean and audit-ready. It is one less thing I have to worry about.

TMFS handled my investor visa and then my wife's and children's family visas, and the whole process was far smoother than I expected. They told us exactly which documents we needed, booked the medicals and Emirates ID appointments, and kept us updated at every step. When we later hired our first two employees, they processed those visas just as quickly. I'd trust them with any visa matter.
